Their wine is the venom of serpents,the deadly poison of cobras.

So God created the great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters teemed according to their kinds, and every bird of flight after its kind. And God saw that it was good.

The beasts of the field will honor Me,the jackals and the ostriches,because I provide water in the wildernessand rivers in the desert,to give drink to My chosen people.

“Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has devoured me;he has crushed me.He has set me aside like an empty vessel;he has swallowed me like a monster;he filled his belly with my delicaciesand vomited me out.

but Esau I have hated, and I have made his mountains a wasteland and left his inheritance to the desert jackals.”
